The DIGICULT project has the ambitious goal of providing young people with a new opportunity for learning and vocational training, especially after the difficult period of the pandemic. How? By conveying young people’s interest in digital technology and the need to learn about cultural heritage into a useful tool for rethinking themselves professionally, with up-to-date and up-to-date skills.

During the event, the results and experiences of thirty months of work involving nine project partners from Italy, Cyprus, Croatia, Ireland, Lithuania and Sweden will be presented. A comprehensive overview of the project’s objectives and successes will be offered. An in-depth look at the innovative digital cultural heritage curriculum and strategy paper, freely available on the project website www.digiculterasmus.eu, as well as exploring the e-learning pathway and validation of competences. There will also be a presentation by Digipro Education Ltd and Fondo Ambiente Italiano, of the Digicult Educational Game, an engaging and educational experience curated and created by the partnership.

During the event, first-hand accounts of project participants, including a trainer from IZTZG – INSTITUT ZA TURIZAM (Croatia) – and a young person from CIOFS, will be brought in to share their experiences and views.

Work on learning, teaching and training activities will also be presented by Fai and NCK, and then the story of the Young Visions at the Museum project proposed by the Egyptian Museum of Turin will be told. Finally, we will learn about the experiences of those who have made digital and cultural heritage a profession with the tabUi app and virtually visit FAI properties, combining art history and digital enhancement in an engaging and educational experience.
