We are looking for a passionate and self-motivated professional with a background in bookkeeping or accounting to take on the dual role of Accountant and Office Administrator within our company.
The main responsibilities of the position include:
- Ensuring that all financial information is recorded in a complete, accurate and timely manner.
- Verifying and recording invoices from suppliers.
- Recording and checking company bank statements.
- Conducting regular bank reconciliations.
- Directly communicating with suppliers and service providers as required
- Providing general administrative and clerical assistance to the CEO
- Handling administrative duties such as data entry, document preparation, and report generation to the CEO.
- Providing support in organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, and other arrangements to the CEO.
- Collaborating with team members to streamline administrative processes
- Degree / Diploma in accounting/finance or Higher Diploma
- Experience in a similar position will be a strong plus
- Very good knowledge of MS Office Suite, especially Excel
- Energetic and positive team player with strong organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
