We are looking for a passionate and self-motivated professional with a background in bookkeeping or accounting to take on the dual role of Accountant and Office Administrator within our company.


The main responsibilities of the position include:

  • Ensuring that all financial information is recorded in a complete, accurate and timely manner.
  • Verifying and recording invoices from suppliers.
  • Recording and checking company bank statements.
  • Conducting regular bank reconciliations.
  • Directly communicating with suppliers and service providers as required
  • Providing general administrative and clerical assistance to the CEO
  • Handling administrative duties such as data entry, document preparation, and report generation to the CEO.
  • Providing support in organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, and other arrangements to the CEO.
  • Collaborating with team members to streamline administrative processes


Main requirements:

  • Degree / Diploma in accounting/finance or Higher Diploma
  • Experience in a similar position will be a strong plus
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Energetic and positive team player with strong organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
