This practice-oriented seminar develops participants’ innovation & change management skills and mindsets (attitudes) at the higher levels of management. Following this seminar, participants will deploy innovative practices within their organization’s DNA. These practices will secure sustainability, profitability, growth and business performance excellence as they will enable participants to adopt a total transformation in their business mindset and culture and to embrace – not avoid – continuous innovation and change.
The seminar addresses the needs of SMEs and/or large enterprises Managers, who have decision-making authority to reengineer their company’s processes, products and solutions eithers a result of the ever-changing environment or as a result of the emergence of an unexpected crisis like an economic crisis, the emergence of a pandemic etc.

- • Describe and classify (knowledge) participants’ own attitudes and behaviours regarding innovation & change, and practise (skill) alternative ways of responding instead of reacting.
- • Cooperate productively with others and use group dynamics to resolve and overcome resistance as well as to deal effectively with unforeseen setbacks (attitude).
- • Develop (skill) a strategy of how to effectively reengineer business processes to cater for continuous innovation and change within their organizations.

Terms and Conditions
The above seminar is fully subsidized by HRDA on the condition that the following criteria is stringently adhered to:
1. Cameras and microphones must be open for the duration of the seminar.
2. Participation for the whole seminar must exceed 75%.
3. 1 device per person must be used.
4. You must ensure you check in punctually at the beginning of the seminar and check out at the end of each day.
5. You are obligated to participate in the follow up onsite 4 Hour visit and you must ensure you check in and check out promptly.
In the event the criteria is not fulfilled satisfactorily and you are rejected by HRDA, please note that you as an individual or your company will be liable to pay the participation fee of €1800.
